Beverly Hills on Sunday
Adrienne, who split from husband of 10 years Paul Nassiff last year, confirmed her romance with Rod Stewart's son, saying: 'This started as a business relationship and now we're casually dating.
'It's casual, real casual,' she emphasised.
Addressing Stewart's bad boy reputation, she described him as 'a lot more mature than a lot of 60-year-olds at this time in his life'.
She said the former Celebrity Rehab star has turned his back on his partying ways, explaining: 'That was when he was a young kid. He's been clean and sober for years.'
Maloof described herself as a 'modern businesswoman' in the interview saying: 'I don't think of age.'
She also said she appreciates Sean coming from a famous family because 'he understands my world,' adding that Sean's rocker father Rod, 68, is 'lovely... a very nice person'.

Radar recently reported a source as saying: 'Sean has moved into Adrienne’s Mulholland Estates rental home.
'A lot of Adrienne’s friends are extremely concerned about the relationship because it’s getting very serious very fast.
'Sean has a reputation as a womanizer, and he doesn’t have steady employment.
'The most distressing thing to Adrienne’s friends is that she is already getting very defensive of Sean and his bad boy ways.
'The relationship is moving extremely fast and no one wants to see Adrienne get hurt.'
